Elayne's help in relocating our 1 year old cocker spaniel, Louie to Australia was invaluable. Australia must be one of the most difficult countries to import a pet due to their strict bio-security laws, and the process is far from simple.
Elayne helped us navigate this difficult time, with grace and humour and a tremendous sense of determination to achieve our goal of reuniting Louie with our family.
In co-ordinating many vet visits, processing seemingly endless paperwork without errors, liasing with booking agents and airlines, Elayne did it all. We knew Louie was in good hands through it all and she succeeded in getting Louie to us safe and well in October when other agents told us it wouldn't be any earlier than January.
